Upper Canada District School Board - Creating Futures, Leading and Learning for All

The Upper Canada District School Board and St. Lawrence College: Kingston, Brockville and Cornwall campuses and Algonquin College enjoy a collaborative relationship that focuses on delivering world class education to our students.

Our 30 000 elementary and secondary students   participate in activities and forums hosted by St. Lawrence and Algonquin  College  at all four campuses. Our students have the opportunity to pursue an individualized pathway in the trades, through OYAP, college, or world of work that focuses on their interests, strengths and skills. Dual credit courses are also available for our senior students who upon successful completion of their college course can earn a college and high school credit simultaneously.  The transition to post-secondary education or the world of work is facilitated by the partnership between the Upper Canada District School Board and the colleges.

Our mission is to prepare all students for a successful life; our vision is creating futures, leading and learning for all and our values include caring, fairness, empathy, honesty, perseverance, resilience, responsibility and respect. St. Lawrence College and Algonquin College, as community partners, are an integral part our mission, vision and values.
